Kelsey Dietrich

Kelsey is a second-year graduate student in the Master of Arts in Psychological Science program (clinical/counseling track) at the University of Minnesota Duluth with an internship at Duluth Family Medicine. She earned her BA in English and Psychology from Bowling Green State University where she was a research assistant for studies about the psychophysiological effects of mindfulness and yoga for college students. Kelsey is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. She facilitates trauma-sensitive yoga sessions on campus throughout the week. Kelsey’s research interests include mindfulness-based interventions, somatic psychology, integrative healthcare, and trauma-sensitive yoga.
